Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing The Krafty Mobile! We aim to dispatch orders within two business days of receiving your order, and endeavour to use recycled or recyclable packaging whenever possible, and take great pride in the presentation of your delivery.
We use Australia Post to ship orders, which are dispatched from our warehouse in regional NSW. We ship our products to all States and Territories of Australia, but do not ship overseas. Excepting those items listed as a "bulky item" or "medium bulky" on the web site, all orders under $200 ship at a flat rate of $10.00, and all orders over $200 ship free. Items indicated as being "bulky" will ship at a standard rate of $35.00, "medium bulky" at a rate of $20.00. Express Post is available at a flat rate of $15.00, excepting "bulky items", which will ship at an Express Post rate of $45.00, and "medium bulky" at $30.00.
Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number for their order which can be tracked at Australia Post's web site .
In peak delivery times (such as prior to Christmas), please allow extra time for the delivery of your parcel. Due to COVID supply chain issues, occasionally Australia Post can miss expected delivery dates. If your parcel has not been received within 11 working days of dispatch, please lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. Unfortunately once your parcel has left our warehouse we have no control over when it will be delivered. All care is taken in packing and shipping your order, however we are not responsible for lost packages or if an incorrect delivery address was supplied at the time of ordering.
Here are some useful time frames from Australia Post that provide a guide for delivery times:
Standard Delivery:
Estimated 2-5 business days for metro to metro delivery and up to 11 business days for all other locations. Please note that due to current rail difficulties, deliveries to WA may take two to three days longer.
Express delivery: Estimated 1-2 business days for same state delivery and interstate capital cities, except WA and NT. Please allow 2-5 business days for all other locations.
Safe Drop: If you're not home, eligible parcels will be left in a safe place. If there's no safe place to leave your parcel, it will be taken to the nearest Post Office or a 24/7 Parcel Locker for you to collect.
In the event of a damaged parcel which has led to damaged goods, please carefully document any damage (including a photo where possible), and email the details to hello@thekraftymobile.com.au .
